В статье рассматриваются основные направления и формы образовательной политики новой администрации Б. Обамы. Проводится анализ законотворческих инициатив, подзаконного правотворчества, президентских посланий в сфере высшего образования, рассматривается деятельность новой администрации по защите прав различных социальных групп в области образования.
